Overview

It links into HRMS for performance-review integration and into Projects for project-level goals, and feeds the Reports module.Where to find it
Core workflows
Create a goal
- Start a new goal: set the Title, Type, Owner, and Due date.
- Pick a Metric to measure progress against, optionally attach a Milestone, and set starting Progress (%).
- Optional: a Description, a Parent goal (to roll this goal up into a bigger one), linked Projects/Tasks, and known Risks.
Create an OKR
- Set the Objective, choose a cadence (Weekly · Monthly · Quarterly · Annual), and a Start/End date.
- Optionally attach a Parent OKR to align it with a higher-level objective.
- Add one or more Key Results — the measurable outcomes that define whether the objective was hit.
Run 1:1s and feedback
- 1:1 Meetings are host/participant-scoped — only the host, the participant, or an admin can edit one, and only the host can delete it.
- Peer Feedback is visible only to the sender and recipient. Appreciations are visible to the whole workspace.

Known limitations
- Goal and OKR Owner is a real assignable field on creation, but the read-only ownership display on individual goal/OKR detail pages hasn’t been converted to the same real member picker yet — that’s a planned follow-up, not a bug you need to work around today.
