Overview

Reports aggregates data from every other module — CRM, HRMS, Finance, Work, Goals, Learning, and Recruitment — into dashboards and custom reports. It has no data of its own; every number here is read live from the module it summarizes, so a Reports page is only as current and correct as the source module’s own data. Requires analytics.reports.view.workspace permission.

Where to find it

Core workflows

View a standard report

  • Open any per-module report (Sales, HR, Work, Learning, Recruitment, Finance) for that module’s pre-built breakdown, or Executive for a cross-module summary.
  • Every module page also deep-links into Reports with a specific view via /reports?module=<x>&type=<y> — e.g. a CRM funnel chart on a CRM page can open its full report here.

Build a custom report

  1. Go to Reports → Custom or Builder, pick the data source (which module/resource to report on), and add filters/groupings.
  2. Ask a plain-language question about your data (e.g. “Show all open deals created this month”) to generate a starting report instead of building filters by hand.
  3. Save a report to reuse it later (/reports/saved), or set it to Scheduled to have it emailed on a recurring basis — add recipient emails and a subject line for the scheduled send.

Build a dashboard

  • Dashboard builder (/reports/dashboard) composes multiple reports/widgets onto one page, separate from the single-report Custom/Builder flow above.

Permissions

Workspace-scoped; a report pulling from a source module still respects that module’s own read gates — e.g. a Finance report only shows what the viewer’s role could see in Finance directly.

Known limitations

No material gaps surfaced during this review. Because Reports has no independent data of its own, any report reflecting an already-documented gap in a source module (for example, a recruitment report or field that a source-module dialog doesn’t currently save — see the Recruitment module’s Known limitations) will look correspondingly incomplete until that source-module gap is closed.
