Overview

The Help panel is the direct line between anyone in your workspace and the AmDital platform team. Use it to file feature requests, report bugs, or open a support ticket — separate from client-facing support tickets and HRMS-style submitting requests, which stay inside your workspace.

When to use it

  • Request a Feature — suggest something you’d like AmDital to build.
  • Support — ask the AmDital team a question or get help with an issue.
  • Report a Bug — flag broken behavior; include the page and steps to reproduce.

Open the Help panel

Click the Help icon in the top bar to open the menu. From there:
  • Request a Feature, Support, and Report a Bug each open a side sheet where you enter a subject, description, and priority (Low, Medium, High, Critical), then submit.
  • My Requests takes you to the Help page’s request list.
  • Documentation and Blog open the public sites in a new tab.

Submit a request

Each intake sheet asks for the same fields:
  • Subject — a short summary (minimum three characters).
  • Description — the detail (minimum ten characters). For bugs, include the page and steps to reproduce.
  • Priority — Low, Medium, High, or Critical. Defaults to Medium.
After you submit, the sheet shows a confirmation with the new request ID. The request is routed to the AmDital platform team’s admin queue.

Track status and read replies in My Requests

Open Help → My Requests (or the Help page in your workspace) to see every request you’ve submitted. The list shows the subject, type, status, priority, and when it was last updated. Tabs let you filter by All, Feature Requests, Support, and Bug Reports. Click any row to open a read-only detail panel with:
  • The original description.
  • The current status (for example, Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed — labels vary by request type).
  • The full conversation thread once an AmDital team member replies.
Replies are read-only in My Requests — if you need to add information, submit a follow-up request from the Help menu and reference the original request ID.
